Daphne Bradford is a nationally recognized educator on a mission to fulfill her childhood dream of providing freeze-dried meals, snacks, and candy for astronauts traveling to the Moon, Mars, and living on the International Space Station. Her goal is to secure a NASA contract for her venture, Daphne's Space Food Café.
